- all 1500 series - except diesel
- some 2500 series thru 1999 - GVWR below 8500 lb, except diesel

- NV3500 did NOT exist before 1993

- 1988-1991 R/V series (Crewcab, Blazer / Jimmy, Suburban) came w/ SM465 4 speed (not serviceable)
- NOTE: HD trans (cast iron case) was optional for any 1988-1995 light duty C/K truck but very rare
- HD trans was not offered for GVWR < 8500 lb after 1995
- 1999-2013 Mexico domestic market only (non-US) 5 speed RPO TZ0 = TR-3450, receptacle 1" below flange. Email to request
